Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Team Leader to join our team !
As our Team Leader you will play a crucial role in supporting the Claims Operations Manager in the day-to-day operations of our business. You will be responsible for running reports, ensuring team KPI’s are on track, assisting with escalations with clients and mentoring team members.
The role…
You will play a significant part in ensuring the team facilitates the day-to-day claim management for our customers, who have recently lodged insurance claims with their insurer.
- Ensuring the team are answering incoming calls and online enquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and are meeting expected KPI’s
- Manage a small portfolio , whilst booking in jobs and scheduling appointments across NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD
- Overseeing to ensure quotations are accurate and contracts are on point
- Client engagement – attend visits on request
- Co-ordination of Estimators daily work
- Regularly liaise with on site Estimators/Supervisors and be actively involved in the problem-solving of the day-to-day operations and escalations
- Support the Ops manager as the 2.I.C
Who are you ?
- A genuine, passionate and enthusiastic leader
- Highly organised, a multitasker and has the ability to meet deadlines
- A team player happy to role up your sleeves and dive in headfirst
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role – insurance and or construction preferred
- Minimum Year 12 – tertiary well received
- Experience in Insurance portals advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and client centric
- Strong communication and ability to stay calm under pressure , problem solving and handling inquiries
- Have strong dispute-resolution skills and listening skills
- Has an empathic nature and can deliver exceptional service
- Work locally in Caringbah
