On 14 February, I got a call from a manager at Kase who said that the project had been reassigned to KASE, and there was a new trade involved, and that I should expect to hear from both of you soon. Oh my god did everything go like light speed from there! You have been nothing but lovely to deal with - always cheerful, funny, and incredibly helpful. Andrew is just the best kind of trade anyone could ask for - relaxed, detail-orientated, organised, well-priced, and lovely to deal with. The work has been done to a really high standard, I've had constant communication from both of you, and Andrew has made everything work with organising all the other trades that have had to be on-site. I'm very grateful to you making this process go so smoothly!
