Our Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team. The Contracts Administrator plays a critical role in managing and overseeing the lifecycle of contracts within KASE Group. This individual is responsible for ensuring that all contracts are executed in compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. The Contracts Administrator will collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth contract negotiations, execution, and performance management.
Your duties will include however not be limited to:
Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure they meet company objectives and comply with legal requirements.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking contract deadlines, renewals, and modifications.
- Ensure that all contracts are properly executed, filed, and accessible.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Review and ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards in all contractual agreements.
- Identify potential risks in contracts and suggest appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Address and resolve contract-related disputes and issues in a timely manner.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between the company and external parties, including vendors, clients, and legal advisors.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, procurement, and operations teams, to ensure alignment on contract terms and conditions.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on contract-related issues and best practices.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
- Prepare and present reports on contract status, performance metrics, and compliance issues to management.
- Assist in the preparation of contract summaries and analyses for review and decision-making.
Continuous Improvement:
- Evaluate and improve contract management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in legislation affecting contract administration.
The Right Person
To be considered for this unique opportunity, you will have.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Contracts Manager – CPCM) are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contracts administration, legal support, or a related field.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Familiarity with contract management software and tools.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management systems.
