We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team!

This role is responsible for working alongside our Customer service/  administrations team to undertake all general and administrative duties in an efficient, effective and timely manner. The ideal candidate would be passionate and enthusiastic about customer service and be focused on delivering the best outcomes for our clients through streamlining processes and procedures to ensure efficiencies throughout the lifecycle of the project and general office processes.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative tasks to assist all departments including Construction, Restorations, Makesafe and Accounts
  • Client engagement and customer service
  • Sending/ receiving and organising quotations and contracts
  • Updating and lodging forecasting reports
  • Liaising with various teams and organizing trades
  • Distributing information to contractors
  • Supporting and scheduling site Estimators/Supervisors with appropriate administration requirements
  • Help overcome issues that may arise and be actively involved in the problem-solving of the day-to-day operations
Requirements
  • Administration/ Customer service experience
  • The ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Well-mannered telephone and customer service skills
  • Communicate (and consult) effectively to all levels of the business, both written and verbally
  • Have strong dispute-resolution skills and listening skills
  • Ability to complete reports
