We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team!

As the Customer Service Manager you’ll be responsible for leading and managing the customer service team to provide exceptional service to our clients. You will supervise and assist with the development of the team to ensure that they are performing their duties across multiple states.


We are looking for highly motivated, experienced driven Leader to assist with taking our customer service division to the next level! 

This role provides the opportunity to work alongside multiple divisions and facets of the company, work with the leadership team, provide leadership guidance, direction and daily management to your team, ensure our clients are receiving top-notch service all whilst developing and growing your own skills! 

The Ideal Candidate

You must have experience with construction, managing a team and customer service, enjoy working in a fast paced  environment, be a problem solver and be solution driven!

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in business management or administration.

Minimum 3 years proven experience in a similar Customer Service Management role – insurance industry experience is preferred however not essential.

Note: A National Police Check will form part of the recruitment process.
