We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Regional Site Supervisor to join our KASE Projects team!

As a Site Supervisor you would be looking after between 7-10 sites, this is a hybrid position both on the road and from home, reporting to the Head of Projects and Project Engineer.

Responsibilities

This role includes and not limited to:

  • Ensuring contract compliance and contract deliverables are being achieved.
  • Act as the single point of contact with the project’s team.
  • Build and develop relationships with contractors.
  • Management of project execution including Quality control, contractor management, and OHS requirements.
  • Reporting of overall project schedule, utilising scheduling information received from major sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Management of subcontractor works. This includes responsibility of the scope, schedule, budget and quality.
  • Understanding of New home building advantageous
  • Understanding of new NDIS building favourable
The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this unique opportunity, you will have.

  • Willingness to travel often along the QLD East Coast.
  • NDIS experience desirable.
  • A passion for working on complex projects with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Proactive and motivated attitude with a willingness to develop and learn new skills.
  • You must be familiar with engaging tradespeople, scheduling workflows, and managing multiple construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Carpentry, however candidates with trade backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

Experience

A minimum of 4 + years’ experience within a similar position– NDIS / New build experience is preferred.

Note: A National Police Check will form part of the recruitment process.
