Due to our strong and continued growth, we are now seeking an experienced and self-motivated Restoration Manager to join our Sydney team!

As the NSW Restoration Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the state’s overall operations including overseeing and coordinating restoration projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to emergency restoration calls and assess the extent of damage.
  • Execute restoration procedures, including water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mould remediation.
  • Coordinate and supervise a team of restoration specialists, ensuring their work aligns with project goals and timelines
  • Safely operate and ensure maintenance of restoration equipment and tools.
  • Document and communicate restoration processes, progress, and completion.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or obstacles that may arise. 
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and permits.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards. 
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing restoration projects and Restoration Technicians
  • In-depth knowledge of restoration techniques, equipment, and materials.
  • Experience with water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, and mould remediation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent project management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • IICRC accreditation
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
