We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Restoration Technicians to join our team!

In this diverse role, you will provide structural and contents restoration services to clients whose properties have been damaged by extenuating circumstances such as fire, flood or malicious damage. Duties will include cleaning, deodorising and restoring carpets, furniture and other building contents, as well as cataloguing and transporting items when onsite restoration is not possible.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency restoration calls and assess the extent of damage.
• Execute restoration procedures, including water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mould remediation
• Attend water damage, fire damage, fire damage, sewerage ingress & mould projects
• Carry out site assessments and complete detailed site reports
• Perform all areas of mitigation & restoration works
• Ensure work, health & safety is at the forefront on all sites
• Some Remote Travel may be required
• Safely operate and ensure maintenance of restoration equipment and tools

Requirements

• Proven experience in restoration works
• Knowledge of restoration techniques, equipment, and material
• Experience with water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, and mould remediation
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
• Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver’s license
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
