We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Insurance Estimator to join our team!

As a Sydney Insurance Estimator, you’ll be responsible for all construction tasks including procurement and allocation of trades, ensuring high quality of works on all projects and keeping clients informed at every stage of the repair process.

Responsibilities

We are looking for highly motivated, experienced person/s to join our dynamic and growing team.

This role provides the opportunity to utilise your building knowledge to conduct and generate site assessments on a variety of projects across multiple sites. You’ll be responsible for all construction tasks including procurement and allocation of trades, ensuring high quality of works on all projects and keeping clients informed at every stage of the repair process.  Additionally, the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively at once is necessary.

The Ideal Candidate

You must be familiar with engaging tradespeople, scheduling workflows, and managing multiple construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Carpentry, however candidates with trade backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

You must possess proven experience in estimating, scoping works, and generating reports across a diverse spectrum of construction projects.

Experience

Minimum 2 years proven experience in a similar Estimator/ supervisor role – insurance industry experience is preferred.

Note: A National Police Check and Pre-Employment medical will form part of the recruitment process.
